Fonepool Inc has a policy of protecting customer privacy. Privacy is a very serious matter for Fonepool Inc. In order to process your request, we need basic contact information such as your name, address, e-mail contact, method of payment and delivery details. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with independent third parties. If you are a Work and Travel Program participant we provide a directory of particpant's US mobile phone numbers to your Program sponsor/agent, for use in emergencies, or for informational purposes. Fonepool uses email and short text messages to communicate essential service information to clients.
