**Note: Fonepacks can only be dispatched to a US delivery address. Clients ordering a fonepack for an upcoming trip to the USA will have their pack delivered to their US delivery address to coincide with their arrival.
Standard deliveries are dispatched in the USA using USPS Priority Mail Services and internationally using USPS First-Class Mail® International, orders should be placed before 2pm EST, to ensure safe and secure delivery of your pack within the timeframes outlined above, excluding weekends and holidays.
Express deliveries are dispatched using DHL Express Services, orders should be placed before 2pm EST, to ensure safe and secure delivery of your pack within the timeframes outlined above, excluding weekends and holidays.

The shipping times above are estimated delivery times, based on our experience with our shipping partners. Fonepool cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery which are understood to be beyond our control. It is in our clients' interest to order their mobile phone, or sim card, in a timely manner to ensure timely delivery of their packs. The order deadlines outlined above are the absolute cut off times, it is prudent to order as far in advance as possible.
