    Activation Code

    Your activation code is unique to your sim and is displayed on your simpack. It is a 10 digit code printed on the back of your pack under "Activation Code". Please take care when entering this number, as this is the number that enables us to activate your sim card.

    IMEI Numbers

    The IMEI is the 15 digit electronic serial number (ESN) of your mobile phone. You can get it by entering *#06# on your mobile, or looking under the battery. This number is required for activation purposes, the sim card can be used in any US-compatible mobile.
